Fouad Bitar is CEO and co-founder of Value Levers Consulting since 2012. He is more particularly involved in the financial services sectors, advising clients on aligning operations, organization and IT with the strategy, as welll as on successfully achieving operational efficiencies, business and IT transformations.

He has around thirty years of professional experience with top-notch global management and IT consulting firms, as well as a chief executive in charge of global operations, organization and transformation projects (Group COO) within an international credit insurance and trade finance group.

He holds a Master's degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille in France, backed by several executive education programs directly linked to his areas of responsibility in finance, strategic performance management and change leadership delivered by renowned business schools such as HEC, Cambridge Judge business school, and Université Catholique de Louvain. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor. 


Antoine Vigneron, Partner, is also General Manager of the French Chapter of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). He has acquired a solid expertise in IT management and Digital transformation projects. His client engagements cover more particularly the following areas :

-  Digital Transformation : mobility, digitization, strategy, and urbanization plans ;

- IT Security : action plans against cyber-security attacks (e.g. for a bank), GDPR, security awareness programs (e.g. in the Transportation sector), implementation of best practices ;

- Strategic and operational oversight of large projects, entailing important organizational, HR and change management dimensions (e.g. Open Data) ;

- Process streamlining and industrialization, implementation of Shared Service Centers, Process insourcing and outsourcing.

He has held various managerial positions relating to Information Technology in large groups, including : SCHLUMBERGER, BOUYGUES, as well as in the Public Sector : Haute Autorité de santé, Conseil Général des Hauts-de-Seine, ADOMA as a Chief Information Officer.

He has recently elaborated a strategic plan for an organization operating in the social and health fields, as well as an action plan designed to fight against cyber-security attacks for a large company.

He earned a Master's degree in engineering from SUPELEC and in economic science in France, and is certified COBIT5 in IT management and governance.
